Baking tips

- Always use an oven-proof glass or ceramic flat dish.
- Do not Forget to grease the dish to prevent the ingredients from sticking to the bottom.
- Many ovens have symbols instead of temperature indications. Please refer to the manual before using the oven.
- Never overcook. Cook till almost done since the hot dish will continue being cooked even after it comes out of the oven. Pre-cooking to a level less than complete perfection always produces more flavourful results.
