- Don’t leave home without wearing sunscreen - UV exposure is one of the biggest causes of ageing.
- Drink plenty of water - dehydrated skin ages faster.
- Make a pack with grated potato, cucumber and tomato. Apply it on your face and wash off after 15 minutes for tighter skin.
- A Pick a ‘young’ diet: capsicum, oily ‘fish and tomatoes neutralise the effects of free radicals that attack your skin and cause fine lines.
- Use an under-eye cream every night. Your eyes are one of the first areas to show signs of ageing, so this step is important.
