  • Use noncomedogenic, oil-free make-up (noncomedogenic means the products do not clog pores). Check the label on your make-up to see if it meets these requirements.
  • Wash your face twice a day with a cleanser containing salicylic acid .
  • Follow with an oil-controlling astringent specifically meant for blackheads.
  • Once a week, use a deep-cleansing product And resist squeezing blackheads, which, if done too aggressively, can cause visible.damage. If you can’t stop yourself, wrap a tissue around each index finger, then apply gentle pressure to both sides of the blackhead immediately after showering while pores are slightly expanded by the humidity.
  • If after few weeks the situation hasn’t improved, speak to a dermatologist.

  • Warm a little honey and apply on the trouble spots and then wash off after 15 minutes.
  • Mix a pinch of table salt with a bit of the soft and soggy remains of any glycerin soap. Use this to wash your face every day for a week.                   ;
  • Beat an egg white until it is stiff add 1 teaspoon of honey ,and apply the mixture on your face with a cotton swab. leave on for half an hour before rinsing off with warm water.
  • Mix a lotion with equal part lime juice, almond oil and glycerine, and apply on your face. this potion not only cures blackheads but also tackles discolouration.
  • Mix 1 teaspoon each lime juice and cinnamon powder (dalchini). Apply at night wash in the morning.
