2 tbsp. castor oil /or almond oil/,
1 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
1 tbsp.
honey.
Add the honey and the castor oil to the lemon juice. Mix all the
ingredients well and apply the mixture generously first to the roots and then to
the entire length of the hair. Wrap your hair with a towel. Leave the mask on
for approximately one and a half hour. Use gentle shampoo and wash your hair.

2.5 oz Extra Virgin Olive oil
1 1/2 tablespoons Browns sugar or Raw
sugar
1/2 teaspoon Vanillia Extract.

During a recent visit to an optician, one of my friends was told of an exercise for the eyes by a specialist doctor that he termed as 20-20-20 .” It is apt for all of us, who spend long hours at our desks, looking at the computer screen. I Thought I’d share it with you. 20-20-20
