Easy Christmas Cake
This cake is so simple, it can be in the oven in under 30 minutes. But we haven’t sacrificed taste for speed: our secret is quality ingredients, such as succulent vine fruits and unrefined muscovado sugar, rounded off with a hint of sherry and saffron.

Ingredients
Plain flour 500 gms
Dry yeast 1/2 tsp
sugar 1 kg
pure ghee 1/2 kg
water 1 litre
cardamoms crushed 2
Method
Sieve flour in a bowl. Mix 1/2 tsp. yeast with 1 tsp. water and let it dissolve. Now add this water yeast mixture to the flour and make a thin batter. Heat sugar and water in a sauce pan and make sugar syrup. Add the crushed cardamoms to the syrup and keep aside.
Pour the batter into a forcing bag fitted with 1/2 inch plain nozzle. Pipe out batter in hot ghee in the shape of figure 8 and fry it till golden brown on both sides. Drain and immediately put it in syrup. Let it soak for 5-10 minutes before serving.

- Add gold and silver tissue ribbons too as well as cellotapes, double sided tapes and transparent tape in different widths. Don’t forget the glue stick by Elfy, scissors, cutter, ruler, pencil and eraser.
- Glitter tubes, poster paints, glitter pouches of different colours.
- Start up on a collection of crystals, small bells.
- floral motifs, floral or geometric cut-outs in different fabrics and treatments as well as beads and strings of different metals and colours.
- Paper flowers are recommended.
- Go to your kitchen and remove the cling film roll
Method Of Gift Wrapping
- Take your gift and place it in the centre of the paper you’ve selected, anything from plain metallic to two different coloured crepe sheets, put together to give it strength, or self-painted brown paper sheets.
