  •    Soak 6-8 black raisins in a bowlful of water overnight. Early next morning chew them an empty stomach and drink the water; this will ensure regular bowel movements.
  • Make a poultice of sesame seeds and apply over bleeding piles. Ingest half a teaspoonful of sesame seeds with sonic butter.
  • Buttermilk is a simple home remedy for piles: Mix a little black pepper powder and salt in 100 ml of buttermilk and drink it; do this daily for a few months at least.
