- To save time and effort, prepare common ingredients like sugar
syrup in bulk just before summer begins. Take Vi cup of water for Va
cup of sugar and boil for about fifteen minutes.
- If sugar is required in a drink, make sure it is of fine texture that will dissolve easily, else use powdered sugar.
- • If lemons are required, make sure they are ripe; unripe lemons impart a bitter flavour to the drink.
- Instead of ice cubes use crushed ice, which will chill the drink much faster.
