- Exercise your stomach while sitting at your desk. Sit tall, hold in your stomach muscles for 10 seconds, then release. Repeat as often as you can through the day.
- March on the spot while brushing your teeth or while taking a shower.
- When drying your back, loosen your shoulders, grasp the ends of the towel in both hands behind you, one hand near one shoulder and the other by the opposite hip, and dry by pushing your hands up and down in a diagonal direction. Switch sides and repeat.
- While using a vacuum cleaner, use long, drawn-out movements and move yourSvhole body, not just your arms. Pull in your stomach and take deep breaths. (You could even try sweeping and swabbing at least one room of your house, once a week).
